PURPOSE: A health umbrella grip is provided to remove the fatigue and the boring created in the hand holding up the umbrella and expedite the circulation of the blood. CONSTITUTION: The health umbrella grip includes: Π type iron ring fixed to the bottom of an umbrella handle; a spring connected to the iron ring; plastic bars formed with an wide hole to be inserted the spring; a spring limiting projection formed by pushing the plastic bar each other using the spring inserted into the plastic bar; a sporting device for moving to the spring limiting projection by shushing to the center with the power of the hand; a supporting board of supporting the bottom part to be splashed or not indulged for the sporting device; and a rubber plate coated to protect the hand.
