PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seamless handover of a mobile station from a macro base station to a privately accessible femto base station.

SOLUTION: The method comprises: a stage of receiving a handover request of the femto base station to hand service of the mobile station over to the macro base station; a stage of receiving identification information of the femto base station; a stage of relating the identification information of the femto base station to the mobile station and generating relation information; and a stage of storing the identification information of the femto base station and the relation information.
