<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency oscillator in which miniaturization can be made and a high frequency can be easily obtained. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The oscillator includes a two-port SAW resonator 12 having a first port 13 and a second port 14, an amplifier 15, and a signal line formed on a substrate 16 to connect the SAW resonator 12 between an input and an output of the amplifier 15. With a feedback type oscillation circuit being formed by the SAW resonator 12, the amplifier 15 and the signal line, the oscillator further includes a composite output circuit 21 which combines a signal outputted from the first port 13 and a signal outputted from the second port 14 to output a harmonic frequency.
