PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera, provided with a film-winding mechanism controlled by an electronic circuit and capable of eliminating multiple exposures, related to the operation of a stopper mechanism. SOLUTION: In the electronic control camera, the presence or absence of a non-operation, detection signal of an electromagnetic actuator recorded in a nonvolatile memory is retrieved by an electrical signal which is generated, when a manual electrical switch is operated; and when a detection signal is recorded, a signal for releasing the winding stoppage by the electromagnetic actuator is transmitted to an operation control electronic circuit.
