<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat having simple construction while improving its convenience. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vehicular seat 20 includes a seat cushion 30 consisting of a seat part 32 as an occupant seating site, a pair of right and left front legs 34 pivotally mounted on the seat part in the form of supporting the seat part 32 at its front side, and a pair of right and left rear legs 36 for supporting the seat part 32 at its rear side, and a seatback 50 assembled to be tilted to the rear side of the seat cushion 30. The pair of right and left front legs 34 have chip ends pivotally mounted on a vehicle floor F, and the pair of right and left rear legs 36 have chip ends assembled detachably on the vehicle floor F. The vehicular seat 20 can be arranged from a seating mode into at least three modes out of a table mode, a rear seat getting-in/-out mode, a storage mode, a footrest mode, a flat cargo chamber mode, and a face-to-face child seat mode.
