PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device wherein three fittings constituting the outside member of the vibration control device are welded to one another to have high strength. SOLUTION: The outside member 14 consists of the first outside fitting 22, the second outside fitting 24, and the third outside fitting 26. The first outside fitting has a first wall portion 22A for abutting on the upper face of a rubber elastic material 16, and a first flange portion 22C. The second outside fitting has a second wall portion 24A for clamping the rubber elastic material 16 between the first wall portion 22A and itself, and a second flange portion 24B laid and fixed onto the first flange portion 22C. The third outside fitting is laid and fixed onto a lower face 24A1 of the second wall portion. The first flange portion 22C and the second flange portion 24B are fixed to each other at six outside welded portions 38 equally arranged in a peripheral direction C, and the second outside fitting 24 and the third outside fitting 26 are fixed to each other at three inside welded portions 40 equally arranged on the inner periphery sides of the outside welded portions 38 in the peripheral direction C.
