<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic therapeutic apparatus to be applied to a human body for giving positive effects such as relieving muscle stress or the like, which provides both positive effect by bringing a metal such as germanium or the like into contact with the human body and positive effect with magnetic force, and also enhances the positive effect with the magnetic force by allowing a magnetic line of the magnet to the human body to change. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic therapeutic apparatus is characterized by comprising a platelike body, at least whose surface to be in touch with the human body is made of titanium, germanium, germanium alloy, or germanium alloy plating, a cylindrical hollow part provided in the platelike body, and a cylindrical magnet arranged in the cylindrical hollow part so as to move in the hollow part.
