DAMPER DEVICE OF ROTARY MACHINE

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device of a rotary machine which can stabilize by effectively dampening axial vibration of the rotary machine and does not damage damper function even if being operated for a long time and further is constructed to be small in axial dimension. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A movable ring (a first member) of the damper device of a rotating shaft is composed of an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder and a disk part connecting them with each other. The damper device is configured so as to engage a protuberance part of other members fixed to a stationary part with a recessed part formed by the inner cylinder, the outer cylinder and the disk part and then to form multi-layers of a damper lubricating oil film part in radial direction and simultaneously to form an oil supply hole to a bearing part forming on inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder so as to penetrate inside of the disk part and to set an axial clearance between the first member and the other members smaller than a radial clearance between them.
