<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for automatically selecting a digital printer outputting printed matter according to order reception information of an orderer. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for selecting the digital printer, a JOB controller server 6 stores a printer table 61 wherein an output form code and a printer code used for printing of an output form specified by the output form code are associated, and acquires the printer code associated to the output form code included in the order reception information of the printed matter in reference to the printer table 61 to select the digital printer 7. The JOB controller server 6 selects the digital printer 7 based on specifications of the digital printer 7 when the printer code is not associated to the output form code, and selects the digital printer 7 based on the number 71 of print jobs when having acquired a plurality of printer codes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
