<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve various characteristics such as color developing property, electrifying property, developing property, transfer property and fixing property, especially electrifying property and color developing property by forming aggregated particles in a mixture liquid, preparing a dispersion liquid of aggregated particles, heating the aggregated particles to melt, and controlling the polarity of dispersants included in the mixture liquid to be same. SOLUTION: A dispersion liquid of resin particles prepared by dispersing resin particles in a dispersant having polarity is mixed with at least a dispersion liquid of coloring agent particles in a dispersant having polarity to prepare a mixture liquid. In this mixture liquid, aggregated particles are produced to prepare a dispersion liquid of aggregated particles, and then particles are fused by heating. The polarity of each dispersant included in the mixture liquid is controlled to be same. Namely, when resin particles, coloring agent particles, etc., are uniformly dispersed and mixed in the mixture liquid comprising the dispersion liquid of resin particles, the dispersion liquid of coloring agent particles, etc., the polarity of each dispersant in the mixture liquid is controlled to be same. Therefore, aggregation of particles in the mixture liquid can be prevented.</p> |
