PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that wind power generation is dependent on a weather condition, there are many unstable elements as practicality, rotation is not performed by slight wind and there is also fear of damage and breaking accident of the equipment by strong wind, and to effectively utilize natural energy for global environment. SOLUTION: The wind force control type wind power generator is provided with a structure body capable of varying, collecting and compressing a flow of the wind, and a structure capable of hiding, projecting and moving a rotation blade portion on the structure body.
