PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for a battery case which is light and thin and excellent on processability at the time of manufacturing a battery such as performance as the sheet for a battery case such as strength, gas barrier characteristics, heat sealing characteristics, and heat adhesive property with an electrode terminal, a sliding property, and blocking resistance. SOLUTION: The sheet 40 for the battery case is formed by laminating a first base material film layer 1a, an adhesive layer 5a, a metal foil layer 2, an adhesive layer 5b, a second base material film layer 1b, a polyolefin resin layer 4 as a sealant layer, and an acid denaturation polyolefin resin layer 3 from an outer side in sequence. The acid denaturation polyolefin resin layer 3 wherein one kind, two kinds, or more of a blocking-resistant agent, a lubricant, and a slipping agent are added is used at least on the most internal layer.
