PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of making a customer waiting for accounting with a cash register not get bored but have more buying intention.SOLUTION: A display device includes: a human sensing sensor 24 for detecting presence of a customer at the front of a device housing; a human sensing sensor 28 for detecting presence of a clerk at the rear of the device housing; a projection system (a projection image driving section 31, a micro mirror element 32, a light source 33, a mirror 34, and a projection lens 35) for displaying an image toward the front of a device; a CPU 36 that detects presence of a person by the human sensing sensor 24 and makes the projection system display an image that prompts an operator to wait when the human sensing sensor 28 detects no presence of a person; a wireless LAN interface 41 that performs call processing along with image projection; and a wireless LAN antenna 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
