PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a laminated ceramic substrate is provided to form the second reference conductive via and the second conductive via at an interval different from a reference location at a design on an additional green sheet, thereby preventing error due to contraction. CONSTITUTION: The first reference conductive via(121) and the first conductive vias(122,123,124,125) are formed in an outer layer(114). An inner electrode and a conductive via are formed in the green sheets. The second reference conductive via(141) and the second conductive via(142,143,144,145) are formed on an outer layer of a laminate. The second reference conductive via and the second conductive via are electrically connected to the first reference conductive via and the first conductive via of the outer layer.
