<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a turbine blade and a turbine rotor for preventing increase in the size of the turbine by shortening axial implanting length of the turbine blade and shortening the turbine rotor, in the turbine of a side inlet implanting type. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the fitting structure of the turbine blade for fitting a blade root part of the turbine blade to an implanting part of the turbine rotor by moving the turbine blade in a disc aligning direction of the turbine rotor, the blade root part of each blade is separated into a plurality of parts in the disc aligning direction and a preceding block structuring a separated piece is structured to be movable in the disk alignment direction along the blade root part and engageable while its movement in a radial direction of the turbine rotor is regulated by the blade root part.
