PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bullet for a pneumatic gun, safely keeping filling contents in a skin because the skin is not burst regardless of an optional impact, and safely protecting the skin even if water comes into contact with the skin. SOLUTION: This bullet 1 for a pneumatic gun includes the skins 10 joined to each other to form a burst line 11, the contents 20 filling the interior of the skin 10, and a shock absorbing cover 30 made to adhere to the skin 10 for relaxing an external impact. The bullet 1 for the pneumatic gun preferably includes a waterproof film 40, which applies waterproof coating to the whole outer surface of the skin 10. The shock absorbing cover 30 is preferably made to adhere to both sides of the burst line 11 as a reference so that the burst line 11 is exposed to the outside, and the skin 10 can be formed in a ball shape or a bullet shape.
