A device for measuring the blood sugar is provided to measure the blood sugar by the calibration by glucose by calculating the concentration of the glucose based on the relation between the glucose and the reference material. An electrode part includes a first extraction electrode(1), a second extraction electrode(2), an operation electrode(3), a counter electrode(4), a reference electrode(5), and an ion selective electrode(6). The first extraction electrode surrounds the operation electrode. The first and second extraction electrodes have a partially cut loop shape. The first and second extraction electrodes are positioned in one side of an ion conductive medium. The counter electrode surrounds the first extraction electrode. The counter electrode is electrically connected to the operation electrode. The ion selective electrode is positioned inside the loop of the second extraction electrode. A signal measuring part is electrically connected to the electrode part. A monitoring unit is connected to the signal measuring unit.
