An electrostatic capacity type pen is provided to improve the convenience of the position input by varying the recording angle depending on the location of pen to a touch screen. A universal joint(120) connects with conductive pen main body(130). The universal joint comprises at least one pseudo plane. The conductive pen main body comprises two branches and a main body. One end of the branch connects with the main body. The other end of the branch connects with the universal joint.
