PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for constructing a reliable security system. SOLUTION: A communication control unit includes: a monitoring device for monitoring communication data transmitted from a sensor; a processing execution circuit for transmitting communication data from a port corresponding to a destination MAC address of communication data; a plurality of control circuits 420 for each class for controlling timing for transmitting communication data from an antenna for each class of a band that should transmit communication data; and a selection circuit 405 for acquiring communication data to be transmitted and information on the class of a band that should transmit communication data, selecting the management circuit 420 for each class that should supply communication data from the plurality of management circuits 420 for each class according to information on the class, and supplying communication data to the selected control circuit 420 for each class.
