PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of diagnosing a signal state of an output object which enables transmission of the state of a drive signal in the output object, transmission of a signal of a fault such as disconnection or a short circuit of wiring and transmission of electric power, by the same means, enables prevention of an increase in the manufacturing cost due to an increased number of components and increased complication of a circuit constitution and also enables accurate transmission of the result of measurement and accurate diagnosis of the soundness of a circuit, by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: Using an isolation transformer of which the primary and secondary sides are insulated from each other, the diagnosis of the signal state of the output object is performed by using a current measuring means which measures a primary-side current made to flow by a current flowing through a driving object connected to the secondary side, a means which converts the current measured by the current measuring means into the voltage corresponding to a driving state of the driving object and feeds it back to a driving voltage signal, and a voltage measuring means which measures the voltage obtained by that a signal of the voltage into which the current measured by the current measuring means is converted is fed back to the driving voltage signal.
