A METHOD, SYSTEM AND POC SERVER FOR GRANTING TALK BURST TO TERMINALS

A method for granting talk burst to terminals includes steps of: a PoC server(push to talk over cellular) receiving TB request from a TB requesting subscriber terminal; when the TB requesting subscriber terminal is a TB_Request pre_emptive subscriber terminal, the PoC server revoking the talk burst used by a subscriber terminal in TB taken state and granting the talk burst to the TB_Request pre_emptive subscriber terminal. Further a system and PoC server for granting talk burst to terminals. The method, system and PoC server enable the subscriber terminals which have the TB_Request pre_emptive level snatch the TB priority from the subscriber terminals which have a lower priority with pressing the key only once.
