PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tonneau board device capable of adjusting the height of a tonneau board without restraints of a space, and simply adjusting the height. SOLUTION: This tonneau board device is connected to a hinge H provided below a baggage compartment of a vehicle on one end, and arranged in the baggage compartment 10 on the other end. A pair of front and rear supporting arms 41, 43 for moving a tonneau board body 30 upward and downward in the baggage compartment 10 by a rotary operation using the hinge H as an axis are arranged on both sides in a width direction of the baggage compartment 10. This device includes a holding device 50 for holding the tonneau board body 30 at a plurality of different height positions in the baggage compartment 10 by holding the supporting arms 41, 43 rotating around the hinge H at different angle positions in a circumferential direction.
