Method for control of tilt and sagging of basement of high-rise buildings includes geodesic measurements, determination of angle and orientation of tilt of constructions that is equal to tilt of basement, with determination of excess volume of soil under basement at side of least sag that prevents removal of tilt, with determination of parameters of wells for removal of excess soil, one drills under basement inclined wells with implementation of observations of change of tilt of constructions. One drills inclined arranged in fan arrangement leader wells under basement at side of smaller sagging with length larger than its middle, those under pressure of weight of high-rise building are filled with surrounding water-saturated soil with fluid consistence. After that excess water-saturated soil pressed to leader wells is removed to surface with repetitive penetration with string of augers by leader wells, this step by step leads to sagging of basement and to decrease of inclination of construction. |
