AN INTERNAL ELECTRODE STRUCTURE AND PHOTOCAPACITOR CONTAINING THE INTERNAL ELECTRODE

An internal electrode structure for optical capacitor and an optical capacitor including an internal electrode thereof are provided to reduce a resistance of an internal electrode for transmitting electrons of an electrical storage unit by coating noble metal particles on both sides of a comparatively inexpensive metal film having high electric conductivity. Noble metal coating layers(51, 52) are coated on both sides of a metal film of an internal electrode(3). The metal film of the internal electrode is formed with one selected from stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, and copper. An optical electrode(1) and a counter electrode(2) are positioned at a left side and a right side of the internal electrode, respectively. A gap between the optical electrode and the internal electrode is filled with an oxidation-reduction electrolyte. The gap between the optical electrode and the internal electrode is filled with a capacitor electrolyte.
