<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated ceramic substrate, capable of being carried out effectively and simply at a low cost without affecting the performance of the substrate. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a laminated ceramic substrate, for a ceramic laminate formed by laminating a plurality of ceramic green sheets, a cutting area is printed on at least one ceramic green sheet with an organic paste, and by firing the laminated ceramic laminate and cutting the resultant sinter along the cutting area, a laminated ceramic substrate is manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
