PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel manufactured with a method for manufacturing a conductive substrate for a touch panel having a wiring structure which does not have any conventional problem.

SOLUTION: In this method for manufacturing a conductive substrate for a touch panel having a wiring structure on a substrate, a portion of at least the wiring structure is obtained by carrying out the coating formation of materials containing conductive particles coated with projecting materials having ionicity with mean particle diameters ranging from 1 to 100 nm.
