PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium having data structure for managing reproduction of multiplex reproducing path video data, and to provide apparatus and method for reproducing and recording the data structure. SOLUTION: The recording medium having data structure for managing reproduction of video data includes: a data region for storing a stream file including video data; a clip information region for storing a clip information file corresponding to the stream file and including timing information of video data; a play list region for storing a play list file including at least one play item specifying reproduction sections existing in a clip of video data; and a navigation region for storing a navigation file including a path item starting and reproducing the play list file by using a navigation command recorded in the recording medium.
