<p>Provided is a laminated ceramic capacitor having external electrodes which permit the capacitor to have even a function of a resistive element. The external electrodes achieve firm bonding status to internal electrodes including Ni or a Ni alloy. The external electrodes (6, 7) are provided with resistive electrode layers (8) in contact with a ceramic laminated body (3) and internal electrodes (4, 5). The resistive electrode layers (8) contain a composite oxide that reacts with the Ni or the Ni alloy contained in the internal electrodes (4, 5), at a rate of 26-79 wt%, a glass component at a rate of 20-56 wt%, and a metal that reacts with the Ni or the Ni alloy at 1-18 wt%.</p> |
