PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a PTP tablet sheet from being brought up together with a cutter blade after cutting the PTP tablet sheet by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A cutting unit 700 of the dispensing apparatus 1 pushes up the PTP tablet sheet 900, which is cut by a vertical upper blade 740 or horizontal upper blade 750 using a chucking unit, together with the vertical upper blade, etc. and restrains the PTP tablet sheet 900 from being further pushed up by a restraining member 785 disposed at a prescribed position above a lower blade attaching table 780 while permitting further push-up of the horizontal upper blade 750.
