<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an integrally-formed member of an electrolyte membrane-electrode assembly, a gas diffusion layer, and a seal member while suppressing damage of the electrolyte membrane-electrode assembly and the gas diffusion layer. <P>SOLUTION: An MEAG 20 formed with an electrolyte membrane-electrode assembly 23 and gas diffusion layers 22, 24 is interposed between an upper mold 60a and a lower mold 60b of a seal integral assembly manufacturing device 100 such that the tip is placed in a cavity 64. A material for a seal part 50 is injected into the cavity 64, heated with heaters 65a, 65b, and a seal part 50 is formed by crosslinking reaction or the like. At that time, cooling water is circulated through cooling water passages 66a, 66b formed in a cooling band 63a of the upper mold 60a and a cooling band 63b of the lower mold 60b, humidified air is circulated through humidifying passages 68a, 68b to humidify the MEAG 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
