A circuit for measuring duty cycle of pulse width modulation signal is provided to accurately measure the actual duty cycle of the PWM signal in the different operation environment. The duty cycle test circuit of the PWM signal comprises the clock generating circuit(11), and the judgment circuit(13) and counter circuit(15). The clock generating circuit produces the clock signal. The judgment circuit receives the PWM signal and clock signal. The judgment circuit produces the sample signal from the PWM signal by using the clock signal. The counter circuit calculates the duty cycle of the PWM signal by using the sample signal. The sample signal comprises the high potential state and low potential state. |
