The plate (6) has a bowl (7) formed with a transverse opening (8) permitting a passage of a screw. The screw co-operates with the plate so as to prevent sliding of the plate towards a contact point of the screw when the screw is fastened in a support structure. The bowl includes radially projecting ribs (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) that extend substantially with respect to a symmetric axis (A-A') of the bowl. The ribs are projected towards outside and inside of the bowl.
