<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing an easily adhesive biaxially drawn polyamide film with excellent solvent resistance, ink adhesiveness and laminate adhesiveness. SOLUTION: In a method for preparing an easily adhesive type successively biaxially drawn polyamide film wherein a substantially amorphous and unoriented undrawn polyamide film is longitudinally drawn by means of a longitudinally drawing machine consisting of a series of rolls and after at least one face of this longitudinally drawn film is coated with a mixed liq. of an aqueous polyurethane emulsion A and a melamine crosslinking agent B, it is preheated and transversely drawn by means of a tenter type transversely drawing machine, preheating, transverse drawing and heat setting are performed under a condition satisfying relationships T1 >=Tmf(A), Tg<=T1 <=Tg+20 deg.C, Tsf(A)<=T2 <=Tg+60 deg.C and T3 >=Tts(B) wherein T1 is the preheating temp.; T2 is the transversely drawing temp.; T3 is the heat setting temp.; Tmf(A) is the lowest film-forming temp. of A; Tg is the glass transition temp. of the polyamide; Tsf(A) is the softening starting temp. of A and Tts(B) is the crosslinking reaction starting temp. of B.</p> |
