An ultrafine low temperature grinder is provided to manufacture ultrafine powder of an organic compound and an inorganic compound such as food, health food etc by preventing deformation of the powder. An ultrafine low temperature grinder includes the followings: an upper plate(13) combined with the grinder; a lower plate(4); a pulverizing rod installed on a lower part of the grinder; and a refrigerant pipe installed in the pulverizing rod and the lower plate. A particle is pulverized by rubbing of the lower plate and the pulverizing rod. The refrigerant pipe is formed with one or more layers. A freon refrigerant is supplied to the refrigerant pipe.
