A speed type neural controller for speed control of a digital speed regulator is provided to apply proportional-integral-derivative control and improve answerability in case error exceeds a specified range by designing various control algorithms near target value. A speed type neural controller for speed control of a digital speed regulator comprises: a step that calculates error En and inputs the En to a speed type neural network PI controller; a step that calculates the output of the speed type neural network PI controller and inputs the output to a controlled object; and a step that measures output and error of the controlled object. The three steps are successively repeated.
