PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide alarm notification equipment which allows signals of monitor target facilities to be easily taken thereinto and allows various signals from the facilities to be input thereto and reduces the cost for constructing an alarm monitoring system and is capable of notifying of a power failure being a representative alarm state of the facilities, and an alarm notification system. SOLUTION: The alarm notification equipment comprises: a communication device 1 incorporating a CPU part 11 for controlling a communication function to a sequencer 3 which sends output signals such as alarm signals of monitor target facilities 4 and 5, and a communication part 14 for transmits/receives communication data; and a communication cable 2 for connecting the communication device 1 and the sequencer 3.
