PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for an electrostatic type loudspeaker requiring no heat sink by particularly using a D-class amplifier regarding the driving device for the electrostatic type loudspeaker. SOLUTION: The driving device for the electrostatic type loudspeaker has the D-class amplifier modulating an input signal and outputting a digital signal and a modulation circuit modulating the digital signal and generating an output signal driving the electrostatic type loudspeaker.
