PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for treatment with ozone water, in which the surface of a material to be treated can be treated uniformly and efficiently and the running cost of which when the material to be treated is treated can be made lower than before. SOLUTION: The apparatus for treatment with ozone water is provided with at least a housing casing 11 for housing the material W to be treated in an internal space S thereof and characterized in that ozone water OW is made to flow in the internal space S of the housing casing 11. The housing casing 11 has a plurality of dividing frameworks 11a, 11b formed by dividing the internal space S. Each of dividing frameworks 11a, 11b comprises a polymer material 12 which can interpose the material W to be treated together with the polymer material of the adjacent dividing framework while taking the surface shape of the material W to be treated, when the internal space S is formed by the adjacent ones of dividing frameworks, and through which ozone water OW can be permeated into the internal space.
