PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication piping for transporting hot water capable of being manufactured at low costs and having high construction performance, with respect to the communication piping for transporting hot water between a water heater and indoor equipment for heating such as a hot water mat. SOLUTION: This communication piping for transporting hot water is composed of a pair of flexible tubes 1 as a going pipe and a returning pipe, and an inner heat insulating material 2 and an outer heat insulating material 3 covering the pair of tubes in a bundled state. The inner heat insulating material 2 and the outer heat insulating material 3 are respectively formed into the cylindrical shape by rolling a strip-shaped base material sheet composed of cross-linked polyolefin foam and having a thickness of 4-8 mm, in the width direction. The outer heat insulating material 3 is fusion bonded at end portions along the longitudinal direction of the base material sheet, and the inner heat insulating material 2 is opened at end portions along the longitudinal direction of the base material sheet.
