PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic flooring capable of realizing a large-span floor structure at low cost, a precast concrete floor plate, and a method of constructing a synthetic flooring. SOLUTION: This synthetic flooring 10 comprises a precast concrete floor plate 20 as a lower layer and a concrete slab 30 cast in place as an upper layer on the upper surface 24 of a precast concrete floor plate 20. Void members 26 are installed on the upper surface of the precast concrete floor plate 20.
