<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water treatment device where waste water containing a large amount of fat and oil components can be suitably subjected to purification treatment. <P>SOLUTION: The waste water treatment device 1 is provided with a tank body 4 comprising: a first treatment tank 11; a second treatment tank 12; and a third treatment tank 13. The waste water treatment device 1 is provided with: a first suction tube 23 sucking floated fat and oil components floated on the water face of waste water in the first treatment tank 11 together with the waste water; and a second suction tube 25 sucking precipitated fat and oil components sunk to the bottom part of the first treatment tank 11 together with the waste water. The waste water treatment device 1 is provided with a ceramic 31 having a surfactant function making the floated fat and oil components and the waste water from the side of the first suction tube 23 into an emulsified water solution and further making the precipitated fat and oil components and the waste water from the side of the second suction tube 25 into an emulsified water solution.
