<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure for a base in which operation for fixing and releasing the base to a floor surface is easy. <P>SOLUTION: When a front side area than a hinge point of a foot pedal part is stepped, a lever part is downwardly turned, an arm part is also downwardly turned, a stopper part is downwardly pushed by the arm part, a rubber leg of the stopper part is brought into pressure-contact with the floor surface, and the base becomes in the fixed state. At this time, since a slider part is slid to a rear side of the lever part, an engagement part at the slider part side is engaged with an engagement part at a foot pedal part side and slide to an opposite side is suppressed, the fixed state of the base is maintained in the state that the lever part is downwardly turned. When the fixed state is released, a rear side area than the hinge point of the foot pedal part is stepped. If so, a front side of the foot pedal part is left from the lever part and mutual engagement of the engagement parts is released.
