FIELD: motors and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: device is intended for application in the field of pump engineering for pumping of heavy fluids. Comprises cylinders, every of which has on one side (20) ("water") inlet/outlet for pumped fluid, which is supplied in pump under controlled pressure pulled by pneumatic method, and on the other side ("oil") (30) - inlet and outlet (31, 32) for hydraulic drive oil. Separator (40), which moves progressively along cylinder axis, is connected to water side of cylinder (20) by means of bellows flexible membrane (45), and with oil side of (30) cylinder by means of other bellows flexible membrane (46), which is accompanied by creation of external annular space (49) filled with hydraulic drive liquid. Total volume of hydraulic drive oil in cylinders (10.1-10.12) is preserved constant - equal to 1/2 of total displacement volume of all cylinders with the help of device (65) that compensates temperature expansion of liquid and controls supply of hydraulic drive oil, which is necessary for pump actuation. Separators (40) in process of inlet stroke move with speed constant for all cylinders, and in process of pressure stroke it depends on supply of hydraulic drive oil. At that smaller number of separators (40) in some cylinders performs inlet stroke, while larger number of separators (40) in other cylinders performs pressure stroke. Reliability of pump operation is increased, due to exclusion of friction wear and isolation of machine hydraulic drive from pumped fluid. ^ EFFECT: increase of pump operation reliability, due to exclusion of friction wear and isolation of machine hydraulic drive from pumped fluid. ^ 20 cl, 3 dwg |
