PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height adjusting mechanism of a cabinet which is capable of eliminating deformation of a floor face and a trouble caused thereby by reducing a surface pressure applied to the floor surface and preventing the breaking of a bottom board by distributing the load of the cabinet. SOLUTION: This height adjusting mechanism 10 which receives the bottom board 7 of the cabinet 2 installed on the floor face FL by a plurality of adjusters 12 and adjusts the height of the cabinet 2, is interposed with a height adjusting stand 11 between the adjusters 12 and the floor face FL in the height direction. The contact area of the height adjusting stand 11 with the floor face FL is set larger than the total contact area of the respective adjusters with the height adjusting stand 11.
