An intake valve in which such a defect that low-frequency buzzer sound-like noise occurs can be properly prevented. The suction valve (1) comprises a body (3) fitted and connected to a exhaust pipe (2), a resin cover body (4) fitted onto the outer peripheral side of the body (3), and a valve element (5) which is so disposed as to be capable of going up and down in a valve chamber (6) between the body (3) and the cover body (4). The body (3) comprises an outside air inlet part (16) for intake of the outside air, a valve seat part (17) facing the outside air inlet part (16), and an opening (12) communicating with the exhaust pipe (2). The valve element (5) is normally placed horizontally on a valve seat part (17) to close the outside air inlet part (16). When the inside of the exhaust pipe (2) is depressurized, the valve element is raised from the valve seat part (17) to open the outside air inlet part (16). Since the gravity center of the valve element (5) is deviated from the center of the valve element (5), the valve element (5) is tilted. |
