PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the problem that a clearance is generated in the slit part provided in an elastic body with resulting in an ink leakage occurrence in a septum unit which is the connection part of an ink tube and the ink feeding port of an ink container. SOLUTION: In the septum unit 51 for connecting the ink tube 50 to an ink jet head or an ink tank, the elastic body 512 in which a pipe 45 connected to an ink channel is inserted is structured so that, while the pipe 45 penetrating a slit may be fitted, an inner hole connecting to the ink channel be provided, and the periphery part may contact the internal diameter part of a connector 511 forming the ink channel.
