PURPOSE:To provide the titled sheet capable of being stably and continuously prepared, inexpensive and having strain free projections, constituted by arranging projections having a specific height to the entire surface thereof by molding a thermoplastic resin at a specific temp. by emboss rolls. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin sheet, which is pref. formed continuously by a calender or an extruder, is cooled to temp. of +20--50 deg.C with respect to the Vicat softening point of said resin by two cooling rolls and thereafter molded by two emboss rolls so as to form protruded and recessed parts to obtain the titled sheet having projections having a height of 1mm. or more arranged to the entire surface thereof.
