PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium-stirring type wet pulverizer which has a rotary stirring member and a separator in a cylindrical pulverizing container, can be enlarged, has high pulverization efficiency, and enables stable operation. SOLUTION: In the medium-stirring type wet pulverizer 10 having the rotary stirring member 30 and the separator 40 in the cylindrical pulverizing container 20, the stirring member 30 has a plurality of stirring elements 32 in the axial direction, and when the pulverizing container 20 is divided into two parts in the axial direction, a part is equipped with a supply port 51 of a material to be treated and the separator 40.
