The arrangement has a fiber-optic cable (10) with multiple fiber Bragg gratings (1, 2, 3) of different focus-fiber Bragg wavelengths. A tunable laser (4) feeds a light ray with continuous variable wavelengths into the gratings periodically. Light is converted into electrical measurement values by an optoelectric converter (6). An interpolation device (8) computes a measurement result from the detected measurement values, where the result is based on simultaneous measurement time of measuring points. An independent claim is also included for a measuring method for detection and evaluation of multiple measuring points.
