PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation containing an artificial oxygen-carrying substance having a low methemoglobin rate, in other words, having excellent preservation stability. SOLUTION: The artificial oxygen-carrying substance preparation contains an artificial oxygen-carrying substance reversibly adsorbing and desorbing the oxygen in vivo, and a reducing agent. The bag preparation has an inner package in which the artificial oxygen-carrying substance preparation is packed and sealed, an outer package for sealing the inner package, and an oxygen scavenger present between the inner package and the outer package.
